D-PBIS Essential Skills uses a coaching model to ensure all staff learn and can perform the necessary skills that are taught through a series of interactive online modules, specific to the adaptation being served.
Devereux Direct Care Training Resources
The Devereux Direct Care Training Resources center is a leading provider of training for direct care and behavioral health professionals. As part of its training curricula, Safe & Positive Approaches® is a comprehensive crisis prevention and intervention program designed to promote staff knowledge and competence in preventing, defusing and managing crisis situations.

Kyle Gravel, M.S., LMFT, BCBA, CCATP-CA, ASDCS
Vice President of Autism Services
Kyle Gravel has more than 20 years of experience driving scalable performance, data integration and multidisciplinary collaboration across national healthcare and behavioral health organizations. In his role at Devereux, he oversees strategies, innovations and expansion efforts of the organization’s national autism services division.
Crystal Taylor-Dietz, Psy.D.
National Director of Behavioral Health Services
Dr. Crystal Taylor-Dietz brings more than 13 years of behavioral health/mental health experience to her role working in community based, residential and outpatient services, including holding a number of leadership, management and supervisory roles.
Tia Glover, MPH, M.Ed, BCBA, LBA
Regional Director
Tia Glover has more than 15 years of experience in social services, behavioral healthcare and organizational leadership. She provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for nine behavioral healthcare facilities across the state of Florida. Tia is dedicated to transforming systems of care, advancing mental wellness and improving outcomes for individuals receiving psychiatric residential and community-based services.
Megan Robinson Joy, Ph.D., BCBA
Devereux National Director – Autism Services
Dr. Megan Robinson Joy has more than 25 years of experience supporting autistic individuals and people with developmental disabilities across home, school, community and residential settings Her work focuses on building organizational capacity, improving intervention fidelity and creating meaningful outcomes for individuals, families and communities.
Ryan Biemuller, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Director – Center for Autism and Education Services
Ryan Biemuller has more than 10 years of experience supporting autistic individuals and people with intellectual or developmental disabilities. In his current role, he partners with school districts throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland to provide behavioral consultation, educator coaching, professional development and program support focused on improving outcomes for students with autism or intellectual/developmental disabilities.
Leeann Haffner, M.S., CSM
National Coordinator – Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports
Leeann Haffner joined Devereux in 2016. Today, she is responsible for overseeing the ongoing implementation and fidelity of Devereux’s PBIS models across several states. Her work focuses on aligning organizational systems, strengthening staff capacity and driving measurable improvements in behavioral outcomes across diverse service settings.
