Executive Director, Devereux Florida
Lisa Kroger has been with Devereux since 2000. Today, she oversees the day-to-day operations of Devereux Florida’s residential campuses in Orlando and Titusville, along with the center’s therapeutic group homes, community-based programs and foster care services throughout the state.
Gwendolyn B. Skinner, Ed.S., LMFT
Vice President of Operations
Gwendolyn Skinner has more than 30 years of behavioral healthcare experience. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, including programs and services for children and adults at the organization’s Georgia, Florida, Arizona, Texas and Pennsylvania centers.

National Director of Project Management & Procurement
Sarah Boone has more than 18 years of experience in behavioral health and human services industry. In her current role, she ensures strategic initiatives are effectively executed and organizational value is realized. She plays a pivotal role in advancing organizational performance through the implementation of project management best practices, cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement efforts, and enterprise-wide change management initiatives.
